Data management
Being our product a Zendesk extension, we rely on Zendesk to manage some of the data. However, since we also have access to that data, we make sure that everything is GPDR / CCPA compliant, and safe.
In practice, as part of our service, we will edit, modify or delete any data at your request in our systems. We will not edit, modify or delete any Zendesk data on your behalf though.
You can ask us to remove any personal data you have entered on your behalf. That request must be made from the same email account used to sign up to the service. The data removal will be done within 15 working days from the receipt of that proposal. Only 2 data removal request will be accepted per month.
We will also provide you with means to comply with all data privacy requirements, by leveraging features like phone blacklist, bulk delete of personal data, etc., so you can perform data removal on your own.

Data location
Our servers are located in Spain, and therefore, under European law. If you need your data to be outside Spain, and you qualify as a High Volume Customer, we can deploy a server for you at the country of your choosing. Contact us if you want more details.
Data security policy
We enforce a strict data access protocol, with a least privilege model across the organization. Our technicians will only access clients' data with their permission (by certified email), and only the data needed for sorting issues will be accessed.
No data from our customers will ever be sold to or shared with third parties.
