Pricing and notification limits

The pricing model is simple:

• First 100 notifications per month are FREE
• > 100 notifications per month, 79€ per every extra 5,000 notifications. Yearly plans have a 2 month discount. For example:

• • 5,000 notifications per month are 790€ / year or 79€ / month.
  • 10,000 notifications per month are 1580€ / year or 158€ / month.
  • 15,000 notifications per month are 2370€ / year or 237€ / month.

• We are flexible. If you need more notification at a given moment, we can increase your limit so you can compensate in the following months.
• If you are outside the EU and on a yearly plan, you can pay in USD.
• You will need to create a PayPal subscription if you want to pay monthly. On yearly deals, you can pay by bank transfer.

What if I am planning to send more than 100,000 notifications?

If you are planning to send more than 100,000 notifications, we can discuss on ways to optimize your investment.

You will also get free onboarding, which means we set up everything up for you, and train up to 4 of your agents to use WhatsApp in the most efficient way.

What if I am planning to send more than 500,000 notifications?

If you send more than 500,000 notifications, you qualify as a High Volume Customer and you might consider an Enterprise license.

The enterprise plan can include a dedicated server physically located in a region of your choosing, along with personalization and a setup project with training for your agents.

What if I exceed my limit?

If you exceed your notification limit, you will get an error and the notifications will not be delivered.

That said, we will increase your limit manually if you need us to temporarily raise it. We review the fees annually, so as long as you do not exceed the annual notification limit, everything is ok.
