By becoming a WhatsApp Connector partner, you will be able to offer your customers the ability to send proactive WhatsApp notifications (for example to sort out the Facebook 24 hour response limit issue) and to set everything up in minutes.
Main benefits for partners
Partners enjoy many benefits for themselves and for their customers, including:
- Creating user accounts for their customers so they don not need to sign up
- Creating connections for their users and test them
- Cloning connections so there is no need to enter the same data multiple times
- Setting up templates, header files, etc. for their customers
- Testing everything before handing the connector over to their customers
- Using the connector in their behalf if needed, like creating bulk notifications
Benefits for partners' customers
By working with their partners instead of setting up the connector themselves, customers can:
- Forget about the complexities of installing the app and setting everything up
- Centralize all the Zendesk related support on a single source
If you are a Zendesk customer, and you are already working with a Zendesk partner, we suggest you tell them about this partnership program. It will benefit them as much as it will benefit you.
Other things to consider
Partner customers get exactly the same conditions as regular customers from the WhatsApp Connector, with the added benefit of having direct support from his Zendesk partner of choice.
We will never deal with partner customers directly. If they contact us for whatever reason, we will refer them to their partner.
We will never contact Zendesk partners' customers in any way for any reason without permission from the Partner.
Partners will always be the first line of support.
